Confidence – Resiliency – Emotional well-being:

  • Delivery of workshops to a class-sized group
  • Choice of workshop topic areas
    - With each workshop topic lasting between 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration.
  • Minimum booking of 2 topics per day
  • Workshops are developed based on your trends and requirements
