Charlotte is a certified criminal investigator with over 20 years’ experience as a Detective
Constable for Hertfordshire Constabulary. Throughout her career Charlotte has worked with
numerous units including as a front-line officer, the Safer Neighbourhood Team and as a
Detective specialising within the Domestic Abuse unit.
Charlotte has spent much of her career as a development coach and trainer of operational
probationer constables and staff. She is extremely skilled in interpersonal communication,
complex case management and has comprehensive training and practice in the safeguarding of
children and adults at risk, which are key strengths of hers.
Charlotte has passed her National Investigators Exam in Policing and her knowledge,
understanding and implementation of the law, through education and experience is extensive.
Charlotte is also a Suicide Awareness specialist trainer as well as a Mental Health First Aider.
In her free time Charlotte is a passionate about spending time with her husband and children,
and all their animals. She’s an avid theatre-goer and enjoys socialising with friends.
