I am committed to protecting people from harm and believe passionately that everyone should be given the opportunities to succeed in whatever they choose to do free from harm.

I have 24 years of child protection experience, working with experts in the sector, designing and delivering training, auditing services and supervising leaders. We build relationships built on honesty and integrity, navigating challenging safeguarding situations with a range of clients.

I couldn't do this work without the commitment and expertise of the ECP team, who provide high quality, innovative training solutions. They work hard to break down barriers and simplify the safeguarding framework to ensure professionals are confident in implementing their legal duty of care.

I am excited and proud to lead the organisation through a new period of growth and to embrace the digital opportunities that enable us to reach even more professionals across the UK.
