Child protection and safeguarding is at the heart of my career. I feel passionately that as professionals working with children and young people, we can have a profound impact on their lives.

I have a track record throughout my career of going the extra mile to support children and families - to get the best possible outcomes for them. Every child has potential and with the right support we can change lives.

Having worked in education for 25 years, I have a deep understanding of what good practice looks like and the challenges faced when working with children and young people. I aim for the highest possible standards of safeguarding, of myself and all those around me. I value opportunities for reflection and am loving the journey I am going on to become an accredited coach.
